possibile expressions you can use.
Manage something means to be able to do something, either because you
have time to do something, or because you know how to do something,
or because you have the ability to do something.
example: Can you manage to do some photocopies for me?

yourself or if you need any help with it.
confusion comes from the word Manager, but a manager is a person who
occupies his or her time or knowledge while working on business

Deal with something means to occupy your time, ability, or knowledge
to do something.
example: Can you deal with sending these products to our new client?
means that I'm asking you to occupy your time, ability, or knowledge
to send the products to our new client.

means that I occupy my time and knowledge to do the marketing for our
Take care of something means the same as to deal with something, but
with care and attention.
example: Can you take care of the statistics while I'm away on
means that I'm asking if you can occupy your time and knowledge to
look at or analyse the statistics with care and attention.
you talk about people, it's best to say I'll take care of him or her,
because if you say I'll deal with him or her, that means that you
want to finish helping or speaking with them as quickly as possibile.
So it would seem as if you're annoyed with the other person, or that
you don't care about them, and that would be rude.
Handle something means to take care of something or a situation which
is fragile or delicate.
example: I'll handle the issue regarding the late delivery of the

related to the late delivery of the product samples, because our
client is probably annoyed, and I need to communicate with them in a
diplomatic manner in order to resolve the problem.
Run something means to keep it working and going ahead.
example: I run my own business" means that I have my own company,
and I continue to keep business working and developing.

means that you are responsible for organising and coordinating a team
of 6 people.
