During this lesson we're going to learn how to pronounce words which contain the letters: ch.
There are 2 different pronunciations of Ch; the soft sounding ch and the hard sounding ch.
Here are some examples with the soft sounding ch:

Generally speaking if the ch is followed by a vowel, or if the ch is at the end of a word, then the sound is soft, with the exception of words of scientific, religious, or Latin origin which are pronounced with a hard ch sound.
Ch followed by a consonant is always a hard sound.
